Cheyenne Regional welcomes everyone in our community to join us for a variety of no-cost or low-cost classes, events, and programs in support of our mission to Inspire Great Health.

Diabetes Self-Management Program
Physician / Provider referral required

This program provides individual instruction for people with Type 1 Diabetes, Type 2 Diabetes, Gestational Diabetes and Pre-Diabetes. For more information, please call (307) 996-1560.

Free Screenings: Mammogram / Pap Test / Colonoscopy

To find out if you’re eligible for a free cancer screening, please call (307) 633-6863 or (877) 286-0907, extension 5.

Laramie County Prescription Discount Card

This card helps consumers cope with the high price of prescription drugs. It may be used by all Laramie County residents, regardless of age, income or existing health coverage and is accepted by most of the pharmacies in Laramie County. Prescription Assistance Programs
Physician / Provider referral required

These programs help low-income area residents obtain medications for chronic health problems. Eligibility is based on pharmaceutical company guidelines, and screening may require proof of patient’s income and assets. Physicians’ offices can make referrals by calling (307) 637-7000.

Safe Kids Laramie County Child Safety Seat Inspection Station

Car seat inspections are conducted on Friday mornings, by appointment, at 421 E. 17th St. (WIC offices) in Cheyenne. To make an appointment, please call (307) 432-2679.

Cancer Support Groups: Men’s and Women’s

Thursdays, 5 to 6:30 p.m.

Stroke Survivors Support Group

First Tuesday of the month, 6-7 p.m.
2200 Pioneer Ave., Cheyenne, WY, 82001 

Anyone who has been affected by a stroke or TIA, directly or indirectly, is welcome to attend. Topics may include kinds of strokes, changes after a stroke, therapy options, the grief process and how to cope after a stroke.
