Admissions is responsible for scheduling, pre-registering and registering patients, verifying insurance data, providing financial counseling, estimating charges and collecting patient co-pays, deductibles and co-insurance at the time of service. This is your first stop for accessing services at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center (CRMC). We aim to ensure a superior customer service experience, while making sure we are accurate and efficient in gathering all the correct information regarding your care and stay at CRMC.
Admissions is open 24-hours a day, 7 days per week. You may also reach our pre-admissions line at (307) 633-7630. If no one is available, leave your name, daytime phone number, date of birth and any other relevant information, and a representative will return your call as soon as possible.
To pre-register for services, download the Pre-Registration Form and fax it to our Pre-Admissions Private Fax Line at (307) 432-3100.
