Admissions

Admissions is your first stop for accessing services at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center (CRMC).

As with all teams within the hospital, our Admissions team members work hard to deliver a superior customer service experience and ensure they’re accurate and efficient in gathering all the correct information regarding your care and stay at CRMC.

Members of the Admissions team are responsible for and can answer your questions about:

  • Scheduling, pre-registering and registering patients
  • Verifying insurance data
  • Providing financial counseling
  • Estimating charges
  • Collecting patient co-pays, deductibles and co-insurance at the time of service

How to Pre-Register at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center

To pre-register at CRMC, please call our pre-admissions line at (307) 996-4794.

If no one is available, please leave the following information, and an Admissions representative will return your call as soon as possible:

  • Name
  • Daytime phone number
  • Date of birth
  • Any other relevant information

When you come to the hospital for your appointment or stay with us, please bring your insurance card and photo ID.

Discharge

When your doctor determines you’re ready to leave Cheyenne Regional, a discharge order will be written, and you’ll get ready to go home!

Before leaving, you’ll receive instructions from your doctor and/or your nurse about post-hospital care. If you have questions about your diet, activities or other matters, please be sure to ask.

After you are discharged from Cheyenne Regional, you may receive survey about the care we provided during your stay with us. We hope you’ll return the survey, as your answers help us improve our care for other patients! If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us at (307) 634-2273.
