Cheyenne Regional Symposiums

Each year, Cheyenne Regional Medical Center hosts four community symposiums dedicated to addressing the most pressing health needs of our Laramie County and our region. While these events traditionally highlight key service areas such as orthopedics, heart, cancer, chronic illness and brain health, the conversations go far beyond those areas. Our symposiums are designed to provide a well-rounded look at overall wellness — including prevention strategies, early detection, chronic disease management, mental health, healthy aging, nutrition and more.

Led by CRMC physicians, specialists and care teams, each symposium offers practical, easy-to-understand information you can use in your daily life. Attendees gain valuable preventive care tips, up-to-date health guidelines, and expert insights into the latest treatments and technologies available close to home. These events create an opportunity to ask questions, connect with providers and learn how to take proactive steps toward better health.

We invite you to join us and take an active role in your well-being and the health of our community. Details for each upcoming symposium will be shared here as they are scheduled.

Join us as we discuss how to eat and exercise your way to better heart health! You will hear from doctors and patient testimonials about the importance of taking better care of your heart.
