Valet Service
Cheyenne Regional is pleased to offer our patients and guests free valet parking. Our friendly valets will park your car, assist you with directions and retrieve your car when you are ready to go home. There is no charge to use this service, and tipping is not necessary. Valet is not available on all federal holidays and weekends.
Effective July 5, the main campus valet will be located on House Ave and E 23rd Street in the pull through.
Cancer Center valet is located at the entrance of the Cancer Center at 310 East 24th Street.
How do I use Valet?
At the Main Hospital: Drive north on House Ave towards 23rd St. House Ave will lead you directly into the driveway for drop off and Valet. Look for our “Valet” signs and park. Someone will be there to assist you. A card will be given to you by one of the valets that you will return when retrieving your vehicle prior to 4:30pm. If you are trying to retrieve your vehicle after 4:30, Emergency Admissions can retrieve your keys and direct you to your vehicle as they are unable to move your vehicle.
At the Cancer Center: Pull up to the Cancer Center entrance in our parking lot. Someone will be there to assist you.
Valet Hours of Operation:
Main Hospital Entrance (West Campus, 214 E. 23rd St.): 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. After hours Emergency Admissions can retrieve your keys.
Cancer Center (310 East 24th St.): 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday
As a courtesy to our neighbors and to minimize risks posed by on-street parking, we encourage our patients and guests to use our two parking garages and our valet service. In addition, much of the on-street parking surrounding the Main Hospital Campus (West Campus) has a 30-minute or one-hour time limit. City of Cheyenne parking enforcement staff do patrol the area, and tickets payable to the City of Cheyenne are given for vehicles parked over the time limits.
Emergency Department
For emergencies, patient drop-off is available in a drive-through/short-term parking area in front of our Emergency Department. The entrance to the Emergency Department is located between Warren Ave. and House Ave., facing 23rd St.
Cancer Center Parking: 310 East 24th Street
Patients receiving treatment in our Cancer Center have the option of parking in the ground-level lot adjacent to the Cancer Center. The lot entrance is near the corner of House Ave. Ave. and 24th St. Our free valet parking service is also available at the Cancer Center’s main entrance, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.
East Campus Parking: 2600 East 18th Street
For patient and visitor drop-off, a few short-term (10 to 15 minutes) parking spots are available in the semi-circle drive in front of the building. The entrance and exit are along East 18th St.
Several short-term (30 minutes) parking spots are also available on the southeast side of the building, along Olive Dr. Many of these are reserved for our volunteers.
