At Cheyenne Regional, our pediatric services include the Pediatric unit inside Cheyenne Regional Medical Center (CRMC), as well as our two Cheyenne Children’s Clinic locations.
About the Pediatric unit
In the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center’s Pediatric unit, our primary physicians—along with our pediatric hospitalists—are available around the clock to coordinate care for infants, children and adolescents admitted to the pediatric unit.
Recognizing that a stay on the pediatric unit is a stressful time, we pride ourselves on providing the personalized care, information, and support that families need in order to make their stay a little easier. We’ve worked hard to cultivate a friendly atmosphere where each patient can still enjoy being a kid by watching movies, playing video games or visiting the playroom.
Additionally, we recognize the importance of having a caregiver stay with their child during hospitalization, and we encourage caregivers to room in with their child. All rooms in the Cheyenne Regional pediatric unit have accommodations for a caregiver, as well as have room service with “kid-friendly” meals and a guest tray.
