Shue, Patricia, NP

Patti Shue served as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in Carbon County, Wyoming for 13 years. Before moving to Wyoming, she worked as a pediatric nurse at Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis, where she was trained across multiple units including the ICU, Emergency Department, Burn Unit, Dialysis and other specialty areas.

While Patti valued caring for critically ill children, she chose to become a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner so she could build lasting relationships with her patients and support them as they grow in a non-hospital setting.

Patti’s approach to patient care is centered on trust, communication and inclusion. She believes in asking children questions, allowing them to explain their concerns in their own words and actively involving both patients and parents in the plan of care.

Outside of work, Patti enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, snowshoeing, walking her dogs and spending time with her husband and family. She is the proud mother of two children and grandmother to six grandchildren.
