Biography

Paul Plohr, PMHNP, is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with a special interest in pediatric and adolescent mental health, anxiety and stress, depression and mood concerns, behavioral health, and holistic wellness. His nursing experience inspired him to pursue mental health care and shaped his whole-person approach. Paul focuses on individualized care that respects each patient’s values and helps them feel heard, supported and empowered.

Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife, Kadi, and their two cats, Willow and Callie. He enjoys church and Bible study, traveling, cooking, staying active, spending time outdoors, listening to vinyl records and a good cup of coffee.
