Education Expo

Cheyenne Regional Medical Center (CRMC)’s Education Expo events are designed to ensure CRMC Clinical Staff receive timely education.

During an expo, courses aim to either address mandatory requirements or provide elective education that adds value to participants’ clinical practice.

Upcoming Education Expo dates

  • January 2024: 10, 11, 17, 22, 29, 31
  • May 2024: 3, 6, 8, 13, 29, 30
  • September 2024: 6, 9, 18, 19, 25, 30

Education Expo takes place three times a year – winter, spring, and fall at the CRMC East Campus, 2600 E. 18th St. in Cheyenne.

Registration and scheduling

Our goal is to assist you in meeting your course requirements in one day, if you desire to do this.

Prior to the Education Expo, you’ll be assigned the courses that you’re required to attend; however, you’ll need to log in to Healthstream and choose the course time that works best for your schedule.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, class schedules may change. If so, you can find the most up-to-date schedule by visiting Hospital Intranet> Departments> Clinical Education> Education Expo.

Cancellations and no-shows

If you have registered for a class and are unable to attend that session, please drop your enrollment in the class to free up your seat for someone else to register. If it is less than 24 hours prior to the start of the class, please notify Clinical Education that you are dropping your class by calling (307) 996-4734.

No-shows for registered classes may be reported to the unit manager and counted as a no-show for a shift.

Parking, attire, and evaluation

When attending an Education Expo, please park in the designated parking lots at the CRMC East Campus.

Course participants should follow the hospital professional appearance policy. For education, you should wear Business Casual or Scrubs.

After your course ends, please take the time to fill out the course evaluations. Suggestions will be used to plan future Education Expo events and offerings. We welcome all feedback and routinely make changes based on the feedback we received.
