PALS Two Day
The initial certification is a full two-day, live course. It is an American Heart Association course geared towards healthcare providers who respond to emergencies in infants and children and for personnel in emergency response, emergency medicine, intensive care and critical care units. By the end of the course, professionals learn PALS treatment algorithms, team dynamics, effective resuscitation, and effective pediatric assessment. Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a course completion card, valid for two years.
The Heartcode course is a one-day live course with an online heartcode to be completed before class. The class is an American Heart Association course for healthcare professionals who respond to emergencies in infants and children and for personnel in emergency response, emergency medicine, intensive care and critical care units.
- PALS course fee: $ 250
- PALS Book fee: $45 (Book is included in the price of the two-day course. An eBook is provided for the heartcode course. Books can be check out by hospital employees)
- PALS pocket reference: $15.00

Upon registration, you will receive a course instruction email with instructions on how to access your heartcode, date and time of the class, location of the class and what to expect
Your Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification will expire two years from the last day of the month in which you completed the course.
