Cheyenne Regional Medical Center Recognized by U.S. News & World Report for High-Quality Patient Care
Cheyenne Regional Medical Center has been recognized by U.S. News & World Report in its 2026-2027 Best Hospitals rankings, earning the No. 1 ranking in Wyoming for Rehabilitation and High Performing ratings for Rehabilitation, Colon Cancer Surgery and Pacemaker Implantation.
The annual Best Hospitals rankings help patients and their health care providers identify hospitals that deliver high-quality care based on patient outcomes, safety and other measures of clinical performance. This year’s rankings place increased emphasis on patient outcomes, including survival and complication rates, to help patients make informed decisions about where to receive care.

The No. 1 rehabilitation ranking recognizes the expertise of CRMC’s rehabilitation team in helping patients recover from illness, injury and surgery while improving strength, mobility and independence. The High Performing ratings in Colon Cancer Surgery and Pacemaker Implantation further recognize the organization’s commitment to delivering high-quality specialty care across a broad range of services.

The 2026-2027 Best Hospitals rankings evaluated hospitals nationwide using measures including patient outcomes, complication rates, patient experience and other indicators of clinical quality. U.S. News also introduced new regional specialty rankings this year to help patients identify high-performing care closer to home.
