Due to IRS regulations, once you have made your elections for 2026 and the open enrollment period ends, you cannot change your benefits until the next annual open enrollment period. The only exception is if you experience a qualifying life event. Election changes must be consistent with your life event and completed within 31 days of the event date.
To submit your qualifying life event, log into UKG at crmcwy.ultipro.com and select Menu > Myself > Benefits > Manage My Benefits.

Proof of the event, such as a marriage license or birth certificate, may be required.
