Cheyenne Regional Medical Group Names Bret McManus as President
Cheyenne Regional Medical Group has named Bret McManus president, bringing extensive leadership experience in health care operations, strategy and clinical program development.
McManus is a senior health care leader with a diverse background spanning academic, nonprofit and for-profit systems, as well as federal, state and rural health care models. He has served in multiple executive roles, including vice president and regional executive director, where he led initiatives focused on operational excellence, financial performance and quality improvement.
Throughout his career, McManus has been recognized for fostering transparent communication among caregivers, physicians and leadership teams, while driving improvements in compliance, safety, quality and efficiency.
His areas of expertise include system business strategy, service line development, clinical program management and operations redesign. He also brings experience in value-based care, chronic disease management, information systems planning and implementation, and LEAN-based process improvement.
