PTO Donation

Full-Time and Part-Time employees are eligible to apply for and donate Paid Time Off (PTO). Employees who wish to receive donated PTO must complete and submit a PTO Donation Application. Those who wish to donate PTO must fill out a PTO Donation Form. Both donors and recipients must meet specific eligibility requirements, which are outlined in the PTO policy. PTO is transferred on a payroll cycle and provided on an as-needed basis. Please note that Human Resources will not solicit PTO donations on behalf of employees. All PTO donations are made directly from one employee to another; there is no centralized PTO donation bank.
