Employee CareFund Program Application
The CareFund Program provides eligible employees with up to $3,000 in financial assistance that does not need to be repaid. You can review the full CareFund policy HERE. To qualify for the CareFund, an employee must be experiencing one of the following: 1) A significant loss of income within the past two months 2) An unplanned serious health condition, such as an inpatient stay, a serious chronic condition, or a long term incapacity for which treatment is ineffective 3) The need to care for a spouse, domestic partner, parent, or child with a serious condition 4) A financially devastating event or unforeseen disaster, such as a fire, flood, or the death of an immediate family member
