Boltjes, Karley, FNP-C

Karley Boltjes has been a nurse since 2006 but has been practicing as a nurse practitioner since 2022. She previously practiced at Align Medical Center in Wellington, CO, Spine Correction Center of the Rockies in Fort Collins, CO and Allura Skin, Laser and Wellness Clinic in Fort Collins/Loveland, CO.

Karley’s inspiration to become a nurse practitioner came from several years of working as a registered nurse, understanding the impact that nurse practitioners have on patients’ health and wanting to show patients and their support systems how to be proactive in their health.

Patient safety and ensuring the patient understands their condition and treatment plan is her priority. Karley believes in meeting her patients where they are and helping them become the best versions of themselves.

Karley and her family spend most of their free time camping, hiking or working on their small hobby farm. She also loves to fish, especially ice fishing.
