Rivard, Daniel D., MD

Dr. Daniel Rivard is the Co-Medical Director of Cheyenne Regional Medical Center’s Supportive Care team and the Medical Director of CRMC’s Acute Rehabilitation Unit. Previously he served as a CRMC hospitalist and as Medical Director CRMC’s Transitional Care Unit and Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). Dr. Rivard is board-certified in Internal Medicine. He received his medical degree from St. George’s University Medical School and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center.
