The Mobile Integrated Health (MIH) Program – Enhancing Your Care Experience
Cheyenne Regional’s Mobile IntegratedHealth (MIH) reflects our commitment to improving access to care and enhancing patient well-being throughout our community.

The MIH program integrates specialized paramedics and EMTs to deliver personalized care tailored to your needs in the comfort of your home and within the community. This innovative approach provides comprehensive services for select medical conditions, including COPD, congestive heart failure (CHF), hip and knee replacements and oncology care.
As a valued patient, you may be eligible to benefit from this program. When referred by your provider, you may receive in-home care based on approved protocols, including health assessments, medication reviews, post-discharge follow-up, home safety assessments and other supportive services.
The goal of the MIH program is to optimize your care experience, reduce avoidable hospital readmissions and help ensure that Emergency Department services are used appropriately based on your healthcare needs. By bringing care directly to you, the program enhances convenience, supports recovery and promotes better health outcomes.
Discuss with your provider if this program would be right for you. If you have questions about the MIH program, please call (307) 633-3000.
