We give back to our community.

In Fiscal Year 2012, CRMC contributed $36 million to our community. CRMC employs more than 2,000 people, most of them from Cheyenne and Laramie County.

We offer an extensive test menu.

Over 1,500 competitively priced tests. Various methods for retrieving results range from web-based or EMR systems.

We offer fast turnaround times.

More than 97% of tests are performed in-house with a turnaround time that is generally less than 24 hours. Reference tests generally take 48 hours.

We offer accurate and timely billing.

Flexible payment options with client and/or patient billing are offered. Issues are resolved in a prompt, satisfactory manner.

Blood draws are available anytime between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Fasting is not required for most blood draws, please call to verify.

We provide quality results.

We process more than 2.1 million samples annually. We are accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and the American Association of Blood Banks (AABB). We provide fast turn around times and quality results that can be trusted.

We are the largest reference lab in Wyoming.

We partner with ARUP Laboratories, a national clinical and anatomic reference laboratory and a worldwide leader in innovative laboratory research and development. We have access to an extensive database of information, including educational material, disease management strategies, test utilization and CME credit opportunities.

We invest in the future of Laboratory Medicine.

We offer internships to colleges in Wyoming, Nebraska and Colorado.

We have state-of-the-art equipment.

We use the latest technology. We continually assess our equipment and in-house testing menu to ensure our clients are provided with exceptional service. We perform more than 97% of stat and routine testing on site.

We partner with Summit Pathology.

Summit Pathology is an independent pathology laboratory that provides comprehensive and high quality anatomic pathology services to clinicians and their patients. Summit Pathology has provided Wyoming and western Nebraska with surgical pathology, cytology, autopsy, clinical pathology and medical leadership for 55 years.

We offer MyChart

MyChart gives patients direct access to their medical records and laboratory results. Access for this service can be found at mychart.crmcwy.org

IT Connectivity

We understand the importance of IT connectivity so we offer many options ranging from web-based to fully customized bidirectional interfaces for multiple EMR systems.
