
Virgil, Alyssa, PCSW
Alyssa is an outpatient mental health therapist at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. She enjoys working with children, adolescents and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, suicidal ideation and other mental health concerns.
She utilizes therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Brainspotting (BSP), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT). She creates a supportive and nonjudgemental space for clients to strengthen coping skills and move toward their goals. She holds a master’s degree in social work, a master’s degree in psychology and a bachelor’s degree in psychology.

Outpatient Behavioral Health
Our outpatient services include medication management for adults, children, adolescents and our senior population. We also provide a wide range of psychotherapies across the age spectrum using evidenced-based practices.
