Scruggs, Kati, MPH, RD, LD
Kati has been a Registered Dietitian since 2022 and joined Cheyenne Regional in June 2026. She currently serves as an Inpatient Clinical Dietitian, providing nutrition care for patients on the Surgical and Ortho-Neuro unit.
Kati earned a Master of Public Health in Nutrition from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she also completed her dietetic internship before becoming a Registered Dietitian.
Outside of work, Kati enjoys spending time outdoors. She loves mountain biking, skiing and camping, as well as crafting in her free time.

Inpatient Nutrition Services
The Food and Nutrition Services department at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center features a team of Licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionists who provide Medical Nutrition Therapy to inpatients.
