Biography
Dr. Geringer chose pulmonology because he wanted to work more with inpatient medicine and found the lungs fascinating. He also wanted to meet the high need for pulmonologists in Wyoming.
“I believe every patient is unique. What works for one person may not work for the next,” says Dr. Geringer. “As a provider, I feel it is important to discuss all the options – as well as the pros and cons of each option – and come to a decision together that the patient is comfortable with. This allows for better compliance of plans and overall better outcomes for patients.”
Dr. Geringer and his wife, originally from Platte County, always had a desire to come back to Wyoming. Their family ranges from young children to high schoolers. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and traveling around the country.
