Nurse Practitioner

Bailey, Briana, NP

CRMG Provider
Accepting New Patients

Brianna Bailey, FNP-C has been a nurse practitioner since 2022. Prior to that, she was a pediatric nurse and worked in health information systems. She has worked for CRMC since 2010.

She chose to become a nurse practitioner due to the shortage of health care providers and she chose family medicine so she can spend more time with each patient and treat them as a whole. Brianna loves that with family medicine, providers play an integral part in care coordination, chronic care management, preventive care, population health and getting her patients to the right place for specialty care and evaluation.

Brianna believes the best ways to achieve patient success are through shared decision-making and making small, maintainable changes. She prioritizes continuing to learn and educating patients and families about their health conditions to help them feel more confident in making informed decisions about their care.

She has lived in Cheyenne her entire life, so this community holds a special place in her heart. Brianna chose to stay and work at Cheyenne Regional because she values growth and change and believes this organization fosters an environment where she can do both.

Personal Interests

Briana enjoys reading, traveling, bowling, spending time with family, watching and quoting movies, speaking for her very expressive dogs and teaching others.

Fun fact: She worked for the Disney College Program when she was 18 and says it was “one of the best experiences of her life.”
