Diabetes Self-Management Program
Individual instruction for people with Type 1 Diabetes, Type 2 Diabetes, Gestational Diabetes and Pre-Diabetes. Physician / Provider referral required. Information: (307) 996-1560.

Adult Crossroads Bereavement Group

Laramie County Prescription Discount Card
Helps consumers cope with the high price of prescription drugs. Cards may be used by all Laramie County residents, regardless of age, income or existing health coverage and are accepted by most of the pharmacies in Laramie County. Call the Laramie County Centralized Pharmacy at (307) 637-7000 for more information.

Stroke Survivors Support Group
First Tuesday of the month, 6-7 p.m.
Location: 2200 Pioneer Ave., Cheyenne, WY 82001
Anyone who has been affected by a stroke or TIA, directly or indirectly, is welcome to attend. Topics may include kinds of strokes, changes after a stroke, therapy options, the grief process and how to cope after a stroke. Call (307) 996-4705 or email for more information.

Men and Women’s Cancer Support Groups
Thursdays, 5-6:30 p.m.

Prescription Assistance Programs
Helps low-income area residents obtain medications for chronic health problems. Eligibility based on pharmaceutical company guidelines. Screening may require patients to provide proof of income and assets. Referrals from physician offices can be made by calling (307) 637-7000.
