Well-Child Care
Well child visits are an important part of your child’s overall health. At these visits, we can provide vaccinations as well as monitor your child’s growth and development. We also provide sports physicals, exams for Head Start, and will make referrals to Stride Learning Center if there are any concerns about your child’s development.
Well child visits are recommended at the following ages:
- Within 2 days of discharge from the hospital
- 2 weeks
- 2 months
- 4 months
- 6 months
- 9 months
- 12 months
- 15 months
- 18 months
- 24 months
- Once a year until age 18
