CRMC is offering a Hands-Only CPR class to help community members gain the confidence and skills needed to respond during a cardiac emergency.
Participants will learn how to recognize sudden cardiac arrest, call 911, perform high-quality chest compressions and use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Hands-Only CPR is simple to learn and can significantly increase a person’s chance of survival.
No prior medical training is required. This class is ideal for anyone who wants to be prepared to help when seconds matter.
Join us and learn a lifesaving skill that could make a difference in your family, workplace, or community.
