Mitchell, Holly, MS, RD, LD

Holly started working at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center in January 2026 and currently covers the Telemetry floor, Acute Rehab Unit, and Inpatient Behavioral Health. Holly graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2024 where she received both a Master of Science degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics. She then went on to complete her dietetic internship in Colorado through KADDI, which is a distance internship program based out of Oklahoma. Holly is a compassionate dietitian who genuinely cares about her patients and their health journey. She strives to provide each patient with individualized, evidence-based, patient-centered nutrition care.

Holly lives in Colorado with her family and enjoys spending time outdoors, especially staying active and participating in fun family activities. In her free time, she loves working out, traveling, reading and relaxing with a good cup of coffee and a pastry.
