The 2019 program will include featured guest speakers who will highlight the importance of calling 911 and educate participants on how to perform hands-only CPR while waiting for emergency responders to arrive. Our keynote speaker will address how women can work to prevent heart disease, lower their individual risk and make lifestyle changes and improvements in their health throughout every decade of life. Participants will also hear a personal testimony from a 46-year old mom and LCCC instructor about her heart attack and subsequent journey to recovery. And there will be an opportunity to ask questions of a panel of cardiology experts.
