Wellbeing & Resilience Program

Welcome to the Wellbeing & Resilience program! Cheyenne Regional has partnered with the University of Minnesota’s Earl E. Bakken Center for Spirituality and Healing to help you cultivate these skills. We hope that you will find the practical, evidence-based strategies we offer beneficial for addressing stress and enhancing your wellbeing and resilience.

This program is organized into twelve weeks of content and activities. We think this is a useful approach, so you have enough time to practice and make some changes. But of course, you can go at your own pace–perhaps take longer on one “week’s” activities and less on the next. All of the program content is available to you now and will remain available indefinitely.
