Cheyenne Regional Medical Center is pleased to offer Outpatient Nutrition Services through the Food & Nutrition Services department to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Education on a variety of medical diagnoses and nutrition needs to the people living in our region.
The FNS Outpatient Nutrition Center will provide Medical Nutrition Therapy for patients of all ages throughout the continuum of care-reaching outpatients and preventative care, and will help bridge coordination of care back to the home setting after hospitalization. Our services will be offered to all physician clinics in the community and all areas of the hospital setting. We also will be a resource for individuals seeking nutrition counseling.
