Join us for our First Annual Community Diabetes Conference! A Child-Friendly Event to Empower and Inform. Enjoy guest speakers, carnival-style games (youth track), on-site A1C testing (free for the first 25 participants in the morning and afternoon, $10 thereafter), light refreshments & snacks, vendors, exciting door prizes and giveaways! Advance registration is encouraged, but walk-ins are always welcome. Don’t miss this opportunity to connect, learn and have fun!
