We are pleased to share the following list of community health presentations for 2020. Each presentation is free and interactive, with the last 10 to 15 minutes reserved for your questions. We would love to meet you at one of the presentations, and be sure to let us know if there are other topics you’d like us to cover in the future. All presentations will be held at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center, from noon to 1 p.m., in Auditoriums A & B (next to the Greenhouse Grill). RSVPs are not required to attend.

Learn how these programs help optimize quality of life by addressing a person’s physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs. Advanced care planning, the POLST form and our new Alzheimer’s and dementia programs will also be discussed. Presented by Amy Shaw, PA-C, and Julie Hummer-Bellmyer, NP.
