CRMC Foundation to Host Sixth Annual Great Bison Shuffle Trail Run

August 22, 2022 Proceeds to Benefit CRMC’s Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Programs Cheyenne, WY—The Cheyenne Regional Medical Center Foundation is hosting its sixth annual Great Bison Shuffle trail run and fundraiser at Terry Bison Ranch south of Cheyenne on September 10. This year’s Shuffle will feature a half marathon, 10K run, 5K walk/run, 2K walk/run and 1K kids “fun” run. The scenic course takes place on buffalo trails and gravel roads, with the 5K, 10K and half marathon also crossing into Colorado, making them unique two-state runs. Cheyenne Regional Medical Center Offers Stroke Wellness Retreat on August 14

July 28, 2022 Cheyenne, WY—Cheyenne Regional Medical Center and the Cheyenne Regional Foundation are hosting a wellness retreat for stroke survivors and their families/caregivers on August 14, 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., at the Cheyenne Botanic Gardens’ Shane Smith Grand Conservatory. The retreat will begin with an inspirational talk from Marcus Weiss, a former member of the internationally acclaimed Blue Man Group.
