Cost: $25 – Registration fees will be used to purchase an AED (automated external defibrillator) for the community, in partnership with Mended Hearts.
What’s new for 2026: 17th Annual “Wake Up to Heart Health” Event
- Our keynote speaker, Interventional Cardiologist Dr. Anub John, will discuss primary and secondary prevention, provide insight into cardiac arrest and highlight the critical role of CPR and early defibrillation.
- A community member will share their firsthand experience of stepping in to perform CPR to save a life.
- Attendees will learn how to perform hands-only CPR.
- Attendees will learn why calling 9-1-1 immediately is a critical first step in responding to a cardiac emergency.
- We will share an inspiring survivor story that highlights the life-saving impact of quick action and CPR.
- A continental breakfast and heart-healthy lunch will be served.
- CRMC Employees will receive 5000 Wellness Points for attending.
