The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends keeping children in a rear facing car seat until at least the age of 2, or until the child reaches the maximum height or weight limit allowed by the car seat.

In Wyoming, passengers who are 9 years old and under must be in a child restraint safety seat.

We recommend having car seats inspected to ensure that they are correctly installed, and that your child is correctly secured in the seat.
