Hospital CEO Invites Community Members to Round-table Discussions

June 2014

Cheyenne, WY—Cheyenne Regional Chief Executive Officer Margo Karsten is hosting informal “round-table” discussions over the summer to allow community members to offer input and ask questions about the Cheyenne Regional healthcare system.

The first discussion will be held June 5, 5:30-7 p.m., at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. Anyone interested in attending is asked to call 432-3666 to reserve a spot. Each group will be limited to the first 15 respondents.

“Our mission is to nurture and improve the health of individuals and the quality of life for our community,” Karsten said. “To do that, we must hear from our community. This open forum is one way for us to hear how we are doing, and I encourage anyone interested to participate.”

Karsten said that each round-table discussion is limited to 15 people to allow for more give and take and so that everyone involved has a chance to provide input. Other senior leaders from Cheyenne Regional will also be present.

Additional community discussions be held on July 8, 7:30-9 a.m.; August 12, 7-8:30 a.m. and September 9, 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m.
