Commit to Quit
The “Commit to Quit” tobacco cessation program consists of four weekly group meetings. Space is limited. Classes will be held at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. Please call the number below for dates, times and specific location.
Fee: $40 upfront for the four-week program ($10 is refunded to participants for each session attended)

Diabetes Self-Management and Diabetes Prevention Programs
These programs include individual and group instruction for people with type 1 or type 2 diabetes. A diabetes prevention program is now available for people who are at-risk of getting diabetes (physician referral required).

Get your child’s car seat inspected for proper installation and fit, as well as a safety check. By appointment only.

Adult Crossroads Bereavement Group
Bereavement support group for adults, hosted by Cheyenne Regional Medical Center’s Hospice Services. Pre-registration is required.

Laramie County Prescription Discount Card
This prescription discount program helps consumers cope with the high price of prescription drugs. Cards can be used by all Laramie County residents, regardless of age, income or existing health coverage. Cards are accepted by most of the pharmacies in Laramie County.

Prescription Assistance Programs
This prescription assistance program helps low-income residents in the area to obtain medications for chronic health problems. Eligibility is based on pharmaceutical company guidelines. Screening may require patients to provide proof of income and assets. Physician referral is required, and can be acquired by calling (307) 637-7000.
Free Mammogram & Pap Smear
Are you without health insurance? You may be eligible for this free program. This grant program includes pelvic exams, Pap smears, clinic breast exams and/or mammograms, limited diagnostic tests, and, in the case of necessity, access to breast or cervical cancer treatment. This grant program provided by Wyoming Cancer Resource Services, is funded by the Wyoming Department of Health, Comprehensive Cancer Control Program.
